■基板平放在干燥環境中
■內層芯板棕化或黑化處理后如果在24小時內未進行壓合需在100-120℃條件下最小烘烤1小時才能進入下工序.
■Laminate should be stored in a dry environment and always stored flat.
■Inner layers should be baked for at least 1 hour 100-120℃,if inner layers are not used within 24 hours after black or brown oxides treatment.
鉆孔參數主要決定于材料厚度、層數、銅箔厚度、堆疊高度和材質。因為該材料材質較硬，鉆孔的方法與常規材料有一些不同，下面的參數供參考。

■水平線
Swell: 75℃ for 150 seconds
Mn+7: 55-65g/l at 85℃ for 270 seconds
■垂直線
Swell: 65℃ for 365 seconds for two runs
Mn+7: 65-75g/l at 75℃ for 750 seconds for two runs
